OP Cloud Print Release Station

OP Print Release Station can pause the print jobs until released automatically or manually by the administrator. The administrator can view the jobs sent and decide which jobs to print. The Print Release Station will display the properties of the print job, including user, computer, paper size, cost, document name, color, and duplex settings. The print job is paused, allowing the administrator to cancel or resume it. If there is inactivity, the administrator can opt for rules-based printing.

 

To enable the Print Release Station for this server, check ‘Enable Print Release Station’ in the General Settings.
